Robert Seamans, CFP®

I am the Managing Principal, Owner, and President at Generations Wealth Management, where I have the honor of leading a dedicated team committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals. With over 27 years in the financial services industry, my primary responsibilities include managing the business, handling accounts, and overseeing employees and investments. My specialization lies in understanding my clients' true risk assessments, enabling me to tailor investment strategies for risk-adjusted returns. I am passionate about helping clients preserve and grow their wealth, especially as they enter retirement and aim to maintain their lifestyle.

Before my current role, I owned Seamans Wealth Management, which laid the foundation for my experience in financial planning. I am a licensed attorney, having passed the bar in 1994, and I obtained my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2001. My educational journey began with an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, followed by law school at the University of Arizona.

My motivation stems from a deep desire to help my clients and provide a good life for my family. I cherish the relationships I build with clients, their children, and even their grandchildren, as I educate them on investment strategies and guide them towards comfortable retirements. Hearing about their life adventures, trips, and family milestones brings me immense joy. I believe that the greatest value I offer is my counsel and advice across family, personal, and financial matters.

Originally from Platteville, WI, I now reside in Scottsdale, AZ, and frequently spend time at my "second home" in Costa Rica. I have two wonderful teenage children, Robby and Kyndal, and I share my life with my long-term girlfriend, Lacey. Outside of the office, I volunteer my time helping families and communities in need in Thailand and Costa Rica, a cause close to my heart. In my free time, I enjoy watching and encouraging my kids in their school activities and events. I have a passion for travel and have taken them on trips across the country and abroad, instilling in them an appreciation for other cultures and people. I find happiness in the simplest things and value forming meaningful relationships with those important to me. My aim is to leave a lasting legacy for my kids, teaching them to create their own happiness and be true to themselves.
