I am the Operations Manager at Generations Wealth Management, where I am responsible for managing and coordinating daily tasks to ensure that all processes run smoothly. This includes overseeing transaction processing, account management, and customer service. A key part of my role is monitoring and enforcing adherence to financial regulations and internal policies to maintain operational integrity and avoid legal issues. I specialize in overseeing the processing of financial transactions, promoting accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.

With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the field. I hold Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, which have been instrumental in my career. My journey began after graduating from Northern Arizona University, and I have been passionate about my work ever since.

Client relationships are the source of my inspiration and drive. Every day presents new opportunities to learn, find better ways to do things, and tackle fresh challenges. My goal is to provide each client with premier customer service, delivered with a caring, personal touch that gives our business the feeling of family. I take great pride in the relationships I have established with each client, especially in helping our elderly clients navigate and understand their accounts and finances through any situation that may arise. I believe my greatest value to our clients is the time, understanding, and patience I offer when speaking with them.

Originally from Rock Springs, WY, I now reside in Mesa, AZ. My daughter, Sydney, is in her fourth year at the University of the West England in Bristol, England, and I am incredibly proud of her accomplishments. Outside of the office, I am actively involved in several organizations. I am a member of the Arizona JCI Senate and was honored with a senate seat in 2024. I am also a member of the Elk's Lodge and volunteer in the children's ministry at Central Christian Church.
